Event would be a full scale Ministry Event.
Please complete form and submit it two (2) months in advance or three (3) months in advance for events with fifty or more (50+) attendees.

Activity would be considered as Ministry meetings, training, rehearsal, etc.

Office Support Services request for general office services such as copies/printing or supplies.
