Resurrection Family!

I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and enjoying the virtual worship experiences provided for you by our media and magnification teams.

We pray that you and your family are staying safe amid this enduring pandemic. As we seek to slowly and safely open up both in person and online services, we want you to know your health and wellbeing our the priority.

We are in daily contact with local, regional and national experts concerning COVID-19.

My staff and I are striving to create the safest possible worship environment.

To receive relevant updates from the church, please keep your contact info updated through our member service — Community Church Builder (CCB).  This will enable you to receive email and text alerts directly from the church.  If you need assistance with this, request it at ccb@myrbconline.com.

Make Resurrection’s mobile app your “go to” for updates and check the website daily.

Our youth is especially important to us during this time.  Our youth pastor has designed engaging classes and activities that are geared to their continued spiritual growth and for them to have fun.  For more information and details, contact Youth Pastor Joshua Shelby via email Joshuashelby@myrbconline.com or call (210) 658-0459.

I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTINUE TO PRAY for all those impacted by the virus; families, hospital workers, first responders, friends, our community, the world and those making decisions.  GIVE—your ongoing financial support is not only helpful, it’s critical during this time.  SERVE — pray and think about ways that you can safely serve your family, friends, neighbors and those most vulnerable in your community.

I ALSO ENCOURAGE YOU to visit the cdc.gov website to keep up to date with the latest news and to get details of the basic measures we all have to practice and take seriously during this time.  The following information is
provided if you wish to receive alerts from the City of San Antonio.

1. Download the Ready South Texas app, available in iTunes and Google Play stores, to receive updates on the COVID-19 situation in San Antonio.
2. Text COSAGOV to 55000 to receive SMS text message updates.
3. Bookmark www.sanantonio.gov
4. Follow @COSAGOV on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Please know that you, my church family, are always in my prayers.  I pray that God will fill us with power, love and self-discipline.  We live in faith, not fear! Our world has changed, but the power of God has not changed.  The truth of Scripture has not changed.  The hope of Jesus has not changed.  Our mission as a church has not changed.  Let’s continue to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus!

We will keep you informed as future decisions are made.  For any questions, please contact your family deacon directly, call our administrative office at (210) 658-0459 or email us at admin@myrbconline.com.

I can’t wait to see your face in the place. Until then be safe and be blessed!
