We do this through our gift-centered Ministry!  The process begins by signing up for the “Discovering Ministry at RBC” class.  During this three hour class you will begin to explore and discover how God has created and uniquely shaped you for His purpose.  We work together as a class to identify and complete a S.H.A.P.E. inventory that will help you to discover how your Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences (S.H.A.P.E.) can be used to fill a unique place in God’s service.

The process then continues by working with a S.H.A.P.E. Interviewer who will personally guide you thorough the process of finding the ministry opportunity that fits your unique shape.
