GUIDELINES: BABY DEDICATIONS WILL BE DONE ON 4TH SUNDAYS ONLY: 11:00 AM at the Schertz campus and 9:30AM at the Redland Oaks Campus. Resurrection does family (father, mother, child) baby dedications. At least one parent must be a member of the church and the baby must be your child. Upon completion of this form, the church office will contact you to confirm the dedication. All (*) items are required.
