RBC Facility Use Request Form

In order to reserve use of the church facility, you must be a member and return this completed form to the church office at least 30 days prior to your event. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the church office (210.658.0459, ext. 205) as soon as possible. Before submitting this request please ensure that your event has been approved.
