English service will be held at 10 a.m. with a service time of 50-60 minutes. Two entrances will be open (front and back) Spanish service will be held at the ROC at 12 pm (up to 75 people with proper social distancing) English service will allow up to 200 people, with social distancing, to attend the service. Selection of people will be done through registration online via CCB and will be on a first come, first served basis. Masks will be required for those worshipping (provided by Greeters as well) Staff and ministers and their families will be the only ones allowed during this time. Proper entrance and exiting will be conducted (one row at a time) Congregating in the hallway will not be permitted No trays will be passed for offering Communion distributed using sanitary gloves (handed to individuals)
Phase 3
Adding one service at the ROC (no more than 200) Service at the ROC can be at 9:00 am or simulcast or return to 9:30 ROC and 11 am worship at the Schertz campus Selection of people will be done through registration online via CCB and will be on a first come, first served basis. Adjusting our procedures in order to allow for better spacing while entering and exiting the worship center (exit one row at a time) Closing off rows in the worship center Limited Nursery (10 kids), Limited RezKids Ministry activities that can be safely administered in-person. Adjusting our communion, offering and intake procedures (see separate operating procedures) Enhancing sanitization and deep-cleaning after each worship service Continuing live stream services and digital engagement opportunities
